Tour Itinerary
Day 1. Hometown/Shanghai (In-flight Meals)
Depart home towards China while enjoying delicious meals, drinks, and inflight
entertainment during our journey.

Day 2. Shanghai (IM)
Upon arriving in Shanghai, we are met by our tour guide to be transferred to the
Luxurious Hotel.

 Shanghai Museum
Today’s city tour starts with a visit to Cheng Huang Miao, you will also experience
the bustling shopping district of Nanjing Road and People’s Square and
use your bargaining skills to acquire memento for this visit. After shopping,
spend some free time at Shanghai Museum. You can easily spend a few hours to
examine its rich and high-quality collection of ancient Chinese bronze, ceramics,
painting and calligraphy, with special exhibites and collection of 120,000
precious works of art, this museum has become one of the best in China. Tonight
you will have local Shanghai Cuisine as welcome dinner party.

Day 4. Shanghai/Watertown Tongli/Suzhou (AB, L, SD)
Take a 2-hours bus to Tongli, where is lined with Ming style homes and storefronts,
it is a highly praised historical site in which we will take an exciting
ride on a gondola and experience the charm of the waterways. Stay over night
at Suzhou, which is called ‘Venice of the East’. we have local flavor dinner
while waching local opera.

 Lingering Garden
Visit the Lingering Garden, the Grand Canal with boat ride, and Suzhou Silk
Spinning Factory. We take motor coach to Wuxi after a visit to Suzhou Museum.
Wuxi is also one of the oldest cities in China with a history of more than 3000
years. We will enjoy Wuxi Spare Ribs as dinner.

 West Lake
Visit the Turtle Head Peninsula Park, where we can enjoy the beauty of the Tai
Lake, the third largest fresh water lake in China. Stop at the Freshwater Pearl
Farm before heading to Yangzhou. The 2500-year-old Yangzhou City is known
for its numerous pavilions and delicate Huayang cuisine, visit the Slender West
Lake and Ge Garden. Enjoy special Snack Dinner and walk along Confucius’s
Temple night market in Nanjing.

Day 7. Nanjing/Hangzhou (AB, L, D)
Nanjing served as the capital of six dynasties in China, visit Dr. Sun Yat-Sen’s
Mausoleum and the remains of the Ming City Wall before leaving for Hangzhou
in the afternoon.

 Six Harmonies Pagoda
Hangzhou is one of the seven capitals of ancient China, known for its tea
products. Take small boat on the west lake, revealing the ethereal beauty of
Hangzhou’s willow draped islands. Then visit Six Harmony Pagoda, which
was built about 1000 years ago in Song dynasty. Take motor coach back to
Shanghai in late afternoon. Attend a Chinese Acrobatic Show after dinner.

Day 9. Shanghai/Hometown (AB)
Transfer to the airport for your flight home, or begin optional Post-Trip Extension
to Capital city Beijing, Shopping Paradise Hong Kong or Majestic Mountain
