Take overnight flight to Beijing. Enjoy delicious meals, drinks, and in-flight entertainment during the journey.

Day 2. Beijing (IM)
Welcome to Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK), the 2nd busiest airport in the world by passenger traffic. You will be greeted by our tour guide and transferred to check in at your luxurious hotel where you are at your leisure to relax and enjoy the evening.

Forbidden City (Gu Gong or the Imperial Palaces)
Day 3. Beijing (American Breakfast, Lunch, Special Dinner)
Beijing is the capital city of China. We embark for a full day tour which begins at the Tian An Men Square, noted as the largest public square in the world with its monuments and buildings situated around the square's perimeter. Next, we will tour the Forbidden City (Gu Gong or The Imperial Palaces), which is the imperial palace for Ming and Qing emperors for 500 years. The Third Ming Emperor YongLe moved the capital of China to Beijing in early 1400. UNESCO cited “The Imperial Palaces provide outstanding examples of the greatest palatial architectural ensembles in China”. Summer Palace is described by UNESCO as “a masterpiece of Chinese landscape garden design”. We enjoy a walk along Lake Kunming. In the evening, enjoy a lively Peking Opera performance at the Li Yuan Theatre. Dinner will be served at Quan Ju De - The best Peking Roasted Duck restaurant in the world.

Great Wall of China(Chang Cheng)
Day 4. Beijing (AB, L, SD)
The Great Wall of China is one of the seven great man-made wonders of the world and is definitely the focal point of China. We will hike along the Mutianyu Pass of the Great Wall, which is the best preserved part. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant followed by a visit to Sacred Way of the Ming’s Tomb. Enjoy the famous Lijiacai for dinner tonight. Lijiacai is one of the best restaurants in Beijing where Bill Clinton and his family had party with.

Day 5. Beijing (AB, L)
Start our last day tour in Beijing by visiting Temple of Heaven, where the emperors spray for harvest. Followed with old Beijing Hutong and Alley, take in the many different sights and sounds of historic Beijing. Afternoon activities include a close visit to the Bird’s Net National Stadium, Water Cube and the New Qianmen Street. Dinner will be served at your own desired.

Day 6. Beijing/Xian (AB, L, SD)
Take a flight to Xian in the morning and visit the Ancient City Wall upon arrival. Walking along the Great Mosque in the afternoon, which is one of the oldest, largest and best-preserved Islamic mosques in China; Visit the Provincial History Museum which houses a large collection of historic and cultural artifacts unearthed in Shaanxi Province. A sumptuous buffet dinner will be served in the evening.

Terra Cotta Warriors (Bing Ma Yong)
Day 7. Xian (AB, L, SD)
Xian, the former capital of China and enjoys a rich 5000 year old history. In 221 BC, Qin Shi Huang unified China and became its first emperor. When he died, an entire Terra Cotta Army was constructed to be buried along with the emperor. It was uncovered serendipitously in 1974 by farmers, and then became one of the century's great archeological discoveries. We will visit the Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses Museum, followed with a stop at the Bell Tower. Thereafter, we enjoy an Imperial Dumpling Banquet and shortly after watch the world famous Tang Dynasty Stage Show.

Day 8. Xian/Chongqing/Three Gorges (AB, L, D)
To Finish up our tour in Xian with a visit to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Depart Xian for Chongqing by air. Chongqing is called the ‘mountain city’, which was the capital of China during World War II. We drive over to the zoo to see the pandas, with just an estimated 1,000 surviving in the wild. Later in the day, head to the docks where M.V. Century Diamond cruise ship awaits to take us on our highly anticipated Grand Yangtze adventure.

Day 9. Cruise the Yangtze (AB, L, SD)
Our cruise set sail from Chongqing in the morning, the first shore excursion will be ‘Ghost City’ Fengdu, which contains numerous statues of devils and ghosts that roam the afterworld.

Three Gorges
Day 10. Cruise the Yangtze (AB, L, D)
Sail through Qutang Gorge, the shortest and most dramatic one of the Three Gorges. Wu Gorge is famous for its quiet beauty. Disembark at Wushan where we board small riverboat for a leisurely ride through Shennong Stream, which offers clear running waters, picturesque rock formations, and even monkeys and goat along its banks. The ship sails through Xiling Gorge, the longest one of the Three Gorges in the afternoon, and will pass through the ship-lock of the new three gorges dam.

Day 11. Cruise the Yangtze/Shanghai (AB, L, SD)
We disembark to visit the massive Three Gorges Dam Project in the morning, the Dam is the world's largest dam, measuring 606 feet high and 6,500 feet long. In 1997, the cofferdam was completed and the main structure begun. The dam has two five-stage locks to raise and lower ships to the different river levels. Each lock in the five stages is 65 feet high and 910 feet long. Disembark at Yichang, the terminus of our memorable Yangtze cruise, we board a flight to Shanghai, take dinner at Lv Bo Lang Restaurant, it locates by the nine-twist zigzag bridge in the Old City God Temple, which has hosted heads of state from more than 40 foreign countries, such as President Clinton.

Day 12. Shanghai (AB)
Today you can decide to have a free day on your own or join our one day tour (Suzhou, Hangzhou or Watertown Tongli).

The Bund (Wai Tan)
Day 13. Shanghai (AB, L, SD)
The full day city tour includes a visit to Shanghai Old Street. Take in the local scenery of bustling shopping district Nanjing Road and travel along the famous Bund, a five-block long riverfront promenade containing many of Shanghai's banks and trading houses. In the afternoon, we will visit Shanghai Museum to see the ancient Chinese art, furniture and jade, with special exhibits and a collection of 120,000 precious works of art, this has become a favorite destination for tourists and local people. You can easily spend a few hours to examine its rich and high-quality collection of ancient Chinese bronze, ceramics, painting and calligraphy. Tonight you will have local Shanghai Cuisine as dinner.

Day 14. Shanghai/Hong Kong (AB)
Tour guide will wave good-bye as we will board our flight to Hong Kong, which is called the "City of Life" because it exudes a zest for life. The very air is charged with energy and exuberance. Hong Kong's unique fusion of East and West exhilarates. English speaking representative will greet and assist us to hotel shuttle bus.

 Victoria Peak
Day 15. Hong Kong
Meet in hotel lobby for a sightseeing tour of Hong Kong Island with a visit to Victoria Peak bypassing Wan Chai, then on to Aberdeen Fishing Village-haven of the fishing fleets and floating restaurants. You will have a chance to take an optional 20 minutes sampan ride to explore the life of the floating community that has not changed much since the early days. The tour will continue to Stanley Market where you have some free time to browse before return to hotel.

Day 16. Hong Kong/Hometown
An English speaking representative will meet you in your hotel lobby for your airport transfer by shuttle bus.
