Hi May,
Wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our tour in May. Weather, travel arrangements, lodging & food all exceeded our expectations. Your tour guides were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful (especially Margaret in Beijing who went well above the call of duty to assist in a personal matter).
We have already recommended you to our neighbors, who are planning on going to China next year. We look forward to returning to China and perhaps adding on other Asian destinations.
Thanks to you and your associates for a terrific job!

Dear Sherry,
I wanted to take the time to thank you and your staff for an amazing trip to China. The Baldwin family enjoyed every minute of the trip because of your tour guides and itinerary. With each stop on our tour, we got a perfect host or hostess who was not only knowledgeable about the city, but also a wonderful person who took care of all of us--from 9 years old to 60 years old! I cannot imagine a better experience.
We also liked the pace of each itinerary as well as the unique qualities each guide brought to the journey. We all had our own favorite parts of the trip--none was the same!
I appreciate your professionalism and prompt attention as we planned and booked our trip and felt confident that we were being well taken care of when we were in China. Thank you again for a fantastic experience. We have highly recommended your company to our friends and family. We cannot wait to return when we get another chance to do so.
Sincerely,
Kyle, Amy, Emily, and Will Baldwin

Just to let you know that we had a good time. Thank you for all your assistance. Definitely I will recommend your travel agency to my friends who want to travel to China and of course you....for being a wonderful agent.
Mr. & Mrs. S./Rema V.
In October 2010, together with a group of friends and acquaintances, I took a tour to China organized by the tourist agency China Travel Int’l USA located in New York City.
We were all extremely pleased with this trip. They showed us the extraordinary monuments and structures of ancient Chinese civilization not commonly seen. We were all also deeply impressed by the dynamism and drive of modern China.
The tour was wonderfully organized by the Travel Agency, allowing us to visit an amazing number of interesting sites. We stayed at luxurious hotels and had the use of very comfortable means of transportation. The meals we had certainly and easily satisfied the most varied of tastes. Guides with excellent English language skills as well as with a great deal of information led us throughout the trip.
A further trump was the very low cost added to the untiring courtesy and competence of the staff of the agency in New York. Organizing this trip was itself a pleasure.

| Dear Kitty, We got back last week. It was a wonderful trip and the weather was great in every city. We had a great time. The tour guides were all great, especially our National Tour Guide, Jing Xu. She was wonderful, very accommodating and made sure everyone had a great time. All 26 people in our group were all very nice too. Thank you for a wonderful trip. I will definitely recommend you to my family and friends. Once again, thank you for arranging our flights and tours. Sincerely, Peggy |

Our recent trip to China(July 2010) was one of the best travel experiences we have ever undertaken in 40 years of traveling. The planning and organization could not have been more comprehensive with a broad variety of history, culture, entertainment, and shopping.
Not only did we see the new and modern China, but we were introduced to the ancient as it remains a back drop for today’s life in this emerging country.
Beginning at the new International Airport in Beijing, every step of our arrival was smooth and gracious. A giant screen entertained us with pictures of Chinese sightseeing destinations. Gleaming restrooms with automatic flush, water, and dryers were a welcome innovation much appreciated by those who had traveled here in the past.
Our guides were delightful, well informed, and prepared to solve the most difficult situations. For the most part their command of the English language was very good.
Almost daily we were treated to some form of entertainment; Chinese acrobats, opera, water spectacular, Kung Fu exhibition, and each was a spectacular extravaganza delighting all the senses and leaving us wondering how could the “top” this tomorrow. Everyday they did just that. Each performance seemed to take us in a new direction offering fresh insights into that which is uniquely Chinese.
The beautiful hotels were a welcome place of respite for our weary bodies with more amenities than we could take advantage; and the selection of restaurants assured that we would sample the various regional cuisines at their best. Superb!
Our many thanks to those who planned this excursion and we would most certainly recommend this trip to others looking for the ultimate Chinese experience.
Sincerely

Hola Sherry:
This is to say thank you for the wonderful trip we made.
There was not a single delay or any kind of problem. We were only four persons in the group and we enjoy a lot because it resulted in a personalized tour.
The hotels were not five but “six stars” in quality, service and luxury.
We can recommend your VIP tour to any person who wants to know China in a perfect way.
Muchas from Costa Rica.
Hi Poem and Jeffrey,
My wife and I really enjoyed our trip to China and Tibet. Everything was per schedule, there were no surprises, our tour guide picked us up from the airport and took us to the hotel. The hotels you picked were very good and well located. By the way Jeffry, it was a nice surprise to see you at Beijing, hope you had a good time too.
The rest of the trip was great, your tour guides were very knowledgeable, some were better than others. The guide in Tibet was excellent. Poem, thanks for extending my stay at Shanghai, we had the chance to go to the Expo, we did not go into too many pavilions because of looooong lines but we saw the Armenian Pavilion that I was anxious to see.
Thanks again to you and Jeffrey. I will refer you to my friends who are interested in travelling to China, and you can use me as a reference if people ask for one.

Dear Tao,
It was nice talking to you Friday about our recent trip to China. First, let me say that Lilly and I completely enjoyed our trip to China and would rate it 5-star for the scenery and Tibetan experience. Thank you very handling all of our needs leading up to the trip. Without your help, I am sure it would have been more difficult for us.
Transportation: All flights, international and within country, were satisfactory and on time. The transportation within Tibet was excellent and very comfortable. Much of this can be contributed to our driver who was a good driver and an excellent person. He was always willing to make deviations or stops that Lilly and I requested. I would highly recommend to anyone going to Lhasa to use the train from Xining to Lhasa. The train was as pleasant as a train ride could be. The main reason for taking the train is that it helped to acclimate us to the extreme altitude change between Beijing and Lhasa. Lilly and I had very little problems with the altitude and I doubt if that would have been the case if we had flown from Beijing to Lhasa.
Tour guides: All three of our tour guides were fine and knowledgeable about their areas. However, if I had to put them in order of how well they performed I would say it would be the Xining tour guide, the Tibet tour guide, and then the Beijing tour guide.
Food: Food to Lilly and I is the least important thing on a tour. Probably the most enjoyable meal we had was at a Muslim restaurant in Xining. While in Tibet, we ate in several small local restaurants that most visitors probably would never try. We enjoyed these meals since they added to the experience of being in Tibet.
Hotels: The best hotel by far was our Shanghai hotel and our least favorite hotel was in Gyantse. The Gyantse and the Shigatse hotels didn’t have much to offer for a Western breakfast. Of course, this didn’t bother Lilly and it was just a minor irritant to me.
Sightseeing: This was our reason for spending the money for this trip, and this part of the trip was 5-star! We thoroughly enjoyed Tibet and its beautiful scenery. Two of the memorable highlights among many from our trip were watching the monks interact at the Sera Monastery in Lhasa and the road trip from Gyantse to Tsetang where we saw the beautiful Yamdrok Lake and the breathtaking scenery driving through the Kamba-la pass. All of the monasteries we visited were unique and interesting. The Shanghai World Expo was very impressive but the very large crowd made it difficult to see any of the most popular exhibitions. If the crowds have reduced from when we were there then it would probably be more enjoyable to future tourists.

Dear Mr. Chen,
This letter is a little late in coming, but something I have been wanting to do for several weeks now.
My family (wife, two sons 10+13, mother, and mother-in-law) truly enjoyed our 21+ day tour to China booked through your office.
We did considerable research on the Internet and found CTSI offered the best itinerary and value for our money. However, we were very apprehensive about planning our “first trip” to China based on stories we’ve read on the Internet about other tours. Alex Wang in your San Francisco office assured us that we would have a great time and we did!
Itinerary: The itinerary was perfectly planned, not only allowing us to visit a variety of cities/provinces, but also experiencing the broad spectrum of local cultures throughout China.
We experienced the busy cities of Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong, but also relaxed in Hangzhou, Yangshuo and of course the cruise on the Yangtze River – none of which we would
have enjoyed if not recommended by your company. We originally had concerns with 21 packed
days of travel (esp. with young children and seniors with us) but everything down to the daily itinerary (including shows/entertainment) was perfectly orchestrated.
Food/Accommodations: This is the area we were most concerned with because of reviews on the Internet but was NEVER a problem on our tour. EVERY meal was colorfully prepared in local tradition and served in banquet style, dish after dish! Accommodations were all first class – both clean and functional and centrally located. Even the domestic and international flights were as good if not better than domestic flights in the US.
Local/National Tour guides: The local and national CTSI tour guides were what really transformed a 21-day tour into a memorable experience of a lifetime. They were ALWAYS
there to educate us on the local sights and customs, assist us in every aspect of our stay, and constantly making us laugh. We especially want to thank David (Hangqing) Huang our national guide in Beijing/Xian/Guilin/Shanghai who was more like an ambassador to us than a tour guide and Andy in Guilin who “joined” our family during our stay.
Price Value: We searched every online and offline travel company specializing in China Travel (many with the similar names) but narrowed down to CTSI/Intertrips. We were a bit concerned that we would be getting less quality than other more expensive tours, but upon our return, now know we just got the best value!
Finally we want to thank Mr. Alex Wang, who assured us we would have a good time, and asked us to trust him- which is why we ultimately chose CTSI (we were ready to book with another agency). He was extremely patient with all our phone calls and emails for the months leading up to our travel. He was always prompt on a response to our questions/requests and even customized the tail end of our trip, so that my mother could visit her birthplace in Canton for the
first time in more than 50 years! We actually “bumped” into Alex while he was traveling in Beijing, and he even went out of the way to give directions to local shops and encouraged us to experience the subway, which was one of the best recommendations he made!
CTSI and your staff has truly made this the most memorable vacation experience in our lifetime, and more importantly, has given us a new found pride of being Chinese (even for an American born Chinese who doesn’t speak the language very well!).
Thank you for the outstanding job and we have and will continue to recommend you to all our friends, family and business associates.
Sincerely,
Terry, Agnes, Jordan, Ryan (boys) and Veronica & Lillian (grandmothers).
Everyone we traveled with gave the whole tour high marks, and all had a wonderful time. Feel free to have anyone call me if they would like my comments about the tour. Thanks
We came back yesterday. We had a wonderful time in China. The hotels are beautiful. Our tour guide, Jessica was excellent & extremely nice & helpful!
I want to thank you & your boss in making our trip very pleasant & unforgettable!
May
Jeffrey, we are back from China. Everything was absolutely fantastic although pretty hectic. The days were very full with all the sightseeing. The hotels were exceptional especially the one in Yangshou with its antique furniture and the latest lighting technology.
Since I was in China in 1993, it was especially interesting to see the tremendous changes that have happened. We were astounded by all the skycrapers in Bejing and Shanghai and all the cars instead of bikes. Of course, we made the trip on Mag train to Tienjin.
The historical city of Xian and the beautiful countryside around Guilin brought some memories back to the China in 1993. By the way, the outdoor evening performance in Yangshou was fantastic. I can see why they asked the director to organize the opening ceremony of the Olympics.
Shangahi was absolutely stunning. We wished we could have had a little more time there in order to see the Expo and various other places. Some of the people on the tour did stay extra days-we wish we had thought about that.
Anyway, all in all in was a great trip especially in light of that it will probably be my last one to China - too many other places in the world still to see including Vietnam and Ankor Wat. Let me know if you have tours there.

Hello,Alex
We returned home tired, but filled with many many memories and experiences. We love meet so many of your countrymen and seeing how much China is undergoing. A truly beautiful country with a vast and rich history.” This is very touching, and this is exactly the feeling I am expecting from my customers after they complete their China tours.
Thanks!
Dear Tao
On a happier subject, we had a remarkably smooth and fascinating tour of Beijing, X'ian, the Yangtze, Shanghai and Hong Kong thanks to your excellent arrangements. The hotels all deserve their five-star status; our rooms were lovely and, except for the hotel in Beijing, were in fine areas of the cities for walking and exploring on our own. The guides (except for the man in Chonqing) were first-rate in all respects -- excellent English, warm personalities, knowledgeable, flexible, solicitous. The drivers handled difficult traffic well; we always felt in good hands. The places we were shown were interesting and, in many cases, lovely. We were always met in a timely fashion by a friendly face. The Yangtze River boat was excellent, too, and we enjoyed the trip despite the poor, misty, rainy weather.
If I have an opportunity, I will certainly recommend your organization for trips to China. Thank you for arranging such a special trip.
Dear Kevin:
How can I thank you enough for all your effort and care you gave us in China.
At this moment in time, I'm sending my warm wishes and my prayers to all of you at this terrible catastrophe and it saddens me to think what the dear people of China is going thru.
Beijing is an interesting city as well as the GREAT WALL, which my dream has come true to see this great architecture. There were so many places we went to see that I am still trying to figure out which site was more interesting but at the end the whole trip was the highlight.
I am trying to go thru all the fine places, but believe it not, cannot remember certain names of towns besides "Yangshuo" Guilin which is the only think that my head remembers and cannot believe that a little town so magical and whimsical exits.
Our trip went well, when we arrived at JFK, it was sad to say good-bye to everyone. We had been together two weeks and it kind of made us a family but reality set in and we must face it.
All the best for the upcoming Beijing Olympics 2008.
Thank you again and keep in touch.
Your friend,
Anita
Dear Mr. Tao:
I and my sister had a wonderful vacation in China. And I appreciate for your program which turned out to be great indeed.
Before departure, I was somewhat apprehensive since I had not have enough information, such as domestic flights in China, etc. But everything was in order and we did not have any schedule probblems. When we got a new destination, a guide and a drive were always there waiting for us. Again it was great.
And with respect to service fees, I and my sister did not have any ideas about how much would be be appropriate in tipping; however, it turned out fine since our tour companions, a couple from San Diego brought with them information about how much for service is reasonable in China which they got from their travel agent. If you'd provice such informaiton to your next tour people, your reputation and business will gain. Again we had a fabulous time in China, and we definitely look for you next time we go to China, and we'd like recommend you to our friends for their China tours.
Thank you again, and we look forward to hearing from you for good news.
Sincerely yours,
Sang and Jung
Tao,
Thank you so much for your assistance in this. You are really the best
travel agent individual I have ever met. You really do go out of your way to
help your client. I noticed with Jennifer's cousin emergency situation. Oh
and of course your assistance to my daughter Noelle Allen too while we were
still on vacation. I almost forgot to mention to you thank you for sending
my itineary to her. She had texted me for the return flight information, I
tried so many times to reply to her message but some how my text message
would NOT go through in Beijing. So she sent you an email asking for the
information. Thank you so much too for replying to her and providing her the
necessary information. I definitely recommending you to my family and
friends. Next time when I do travel again, I will try to get a bigger group
and you will be my contact.

A Summary of my travel in China -
Tour Code ( CO609B)
This was the most memorable trip for my daughters and my American friends and will stay in their good memory for the rest of their lives. They must have told so many people by now and if only they have your company
cards and brochures to give away....you would have so many potential customers by word of mouth.
It is the greatest in merely 2 weeks plus
The reason is it is a customized trip.
That means it is tailored to our interest and liking and budget. We wanted to be different. We want to feel special and doing the unbeaten track. My profession is a TV Producer, My friends are a lawyer and an advertising agency personnel.
The other reason it was a great trip is because we happened to have mostly top friendly and sincere tour guides that see to our need of a last minute very clean 5 stars toilet, last minute change of itinerary, change of food
And change of mind.
The most important reason is because of the special places we have packaged successfully which included seeing the western part of China, like the Gobi Desert, Doing sunrise on the camel and the sand dunes, and having special
birthday party in the kindergarten school for my daughter...... All these, takes research and planning and lots and lots of talking in mail and in phone... Here and there in China.....
We have so much luck to have Tao, your staff, to be doing and helping with the above in order to organize such a remarkable trip.
This will be the trend of the modern travellers, where everybody want to have a customized trip and where everybody will demand for personal attention from competent staff like Tao. I see that there are more new travel agencies coming up strong and creative and going along such personalized packaging to China which is out-shinning your companies you must believe me. Not only is their web sites more attractive, their packages with
professional seductive write-up will anytime make your site and offers gloomy. They charge slightly more but I see them capturing the American tourists. Your old way of services the same places the same buses need to change....at least for advertising purposes.

Hi there, Kerry !!
Kay and I just wanted to drop you a note of "Thanks !!", for setting up
a fantastic trip for us to China. The visits to each of the 3 cities exceeded our expectations for site seeing, history understanding and a full agenda of neat things to do while we were there. It was an experience we will never forget.
We also wanted to comment about the unbelievable job that our tour
guides and drivers did for us in every city we visited. Summer, Helen, Paul and Tina were fabulous. They made our trip the great experience that it was.
Thanks again ....................... very much !!!
Hi Tao,
It's nice of you to follow up. My trip to China was fantastic!!! I am very pleased with how all arrangements were made and set up. The itinerary was very enjoyable. You set up a lot of fun, interesting, famous and intriguing sites for us to see. I believe we saw maybe 5-6 of China's top tourist spots (including the Great Wall, Forbidden City, Summer Palace, Lingering Lake, etc.) They were amazing sites. I absolutely loved seeing each site in all cities. I LOVED THE TRIP! Also, the number of cities we went to was wonderful. I am so happy to have seen all that I did.
The hotels were fabulous and very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay at each. Regarding food, we always had enough dishes to sample from and never went hungry. It was nice that the meals were ready the minute we got to the restaurant. Also, I was very pleased that there was a tour guide waiting for us at each city. That made us feel comfortable and safe. Even when some of our planes were delayed, the tour guide was still at the arrival gate. Each tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and spoke English very well. They were very accomodating to our questions and needs. I am happy with the guides we had.
Your agency set up the best trip I could have gone on. I am very thankful for that! Also, your help in planning and preparing me for the trip was extremely helpful. You were always very responsive to all my questions in a quick manner. That made me feel very good about working with your agency. Thank you for all that you did to get us to China.
Below are a few suggestions:
- Provide at least a full bottle of water to each person at each meal. Beer and soda was always provided, and sometimes water (but only one glass.) We needed to stay hydrated throughout the day so water is essential and should be included.
- Spend at least 2 days in Shanghai like we did in Beijing. Shanghai seemed like a fun and interesting city, but we only had one full day to look around.
- Provide more tours of local Chinese markets and alleyways. Many of our meals were at tourist-heavy locations. We wanted to eat where the locals eat. Also, although the food was great, we would have liked to have ordered some meals on our own.
I am happy to say that I did not get sick on the trip. I loved climbing the Great Wall and seeing the Terracotta Warriors. It was a pleasant journey that I have raved to all my friends and family about.
THANK YOU again for everything :)
Sincerely,
Basofin
Hi Tao,
Had a great time.
Everything worked out well.
Best regardss,

Hi Julie,
Here a few of the China photos that I took. Maybe I can come into your
office one day and you can help me sort out the photos from Beijing. All the
buildings look alike to me. Do you see the photo of Fu Na (Nana) with the
kids and her flowers? That is so cute. My daughter took her flower to work
and put it on her desk.
Hope to see you soon.
Jade

Just want to thank you for assuring us a very nice trip. We just returned on September 7. Everything was well organized, the food was adequate and fine, and all the hotels were true 5/4 star hotels. We learned a lot of history, and saw a lot of historical places. The guides and bus drivers took good care of us, and exceeded our expectations. We were happy to tip accordingly.
I have recommended the trip to 4 other friends from the San Francisco area....who would very much like to take the same trip next year. They will put together a group, and will most likely be contacting the Burlingame office.
Thank you.
