Travelers may elect to convert their deposit and subsequent payments prior to final payment into a Future Travel Credit, valid for travel through the end of 2023.

Is This Trip Right for You?

This is an active trip. Our tour group covers a lot of ground each day, and we spend two to three hours on our feet during tours. The pace is fast. We have many early mornings and long bus rides necessary to cover the territory. Some of our tours require walking over uneven surfaces or up and down steep slopes or steps. This tour is not recommended for people who have difficulty walking. This is a Group Tour program. For more information, please consult with our travel advisors.

Day 1 Depart for Thailand
Board an international flight bound for Bangkok, eager to begin our Asia vacation. Spend the night aboard as our flight crosses the International Date Line.

Day 2 Arrive in Bangkok
Welcome to Bangkok, the capital city of Thailand. Upon arrival, greeted by our local tour guide at the airport and transfer to your luxury hotel. Time to rest, relax and acclimate to your new time zone.

Overnight: Bangkok

Day 3 Bangkok 
Bangkok is one of the world's top tourist destination cities, deep-rooted in ancient Buddhist tradition and beliefs. We will visit one of Bangkok's well-known sights at Wat Pho (Temple of the Reclining Buddha) the oldest and largest temple in the city, with its astonishing giant Reclining Buddha, over 150 feet long and almost 40 feet high. Then we drive through the bustling Chinatown, Bangkok´s largest Flower Markets at Paklong Talat, drive via Royal Avenue where most of the Government offices are located, enjoy the full afternoon on your own after lunch at a local restaurant or join our optional tour.

Optional Program: Bangkok Landmark Tour with Boat Ride (minimum 4 participants) $59 per person. Join the optional tour to Bangkok’s most famous landmarks including the Grand Palace, which was built in the 18th century as a royal residence for the king and his court. Follow by visit Wat Phra Kaew, which is home to the iconic Emerald Buddha, with its brightly colored buildings, golden spires and gorgeous mosaics. You'll see the distinct contrast in style between the Thai-inspired Wat Phra Kaew and the European design of the Grand Palace. Afterward, we take a boat ride along the famous Chao Phraya River with its many historical attractions, temples, and architecture, pass landmarks of Bangkok such as Wat Arun (The Temple of Dawn).

Day 4 Bangkok - Floating Market - Bangkok 
Damnoen Saduak locates about 100 kilometers southwest of Bangkok, where offers the best floating market experiences. the Floating Market consists of a maze of narrow canals and can be navigated by boat. Afterward, we continue our trip to the Gems Gallery, where you can see how traditional Thailand precious items are produced for sale and purchase some as souvenirs for friends and families.

Day 5 Bangkok 
Today is free on your own to explore Bangkok at your own pace. Alternatively, make the most of your time with our optional full-day Elephant World Sanctuary and River Kwai excursion.

Optional Program: Full-Day Elephant World Sanctuary and River Kwai excursion (minimum 10 participants) $129 per person. We travel into scenic Kanchanaburi province and visit the Elephant World Sanctuary for rescued elephants. Admire, feed and help bathe these incredible animals in the river before enjoying lunch at the camp. Later, Continue to Kanchanaburi and visit War Cemetery, resting-place for over 6,000 Allied prisoners and an opportunity to take a short train ride across the bridge on the Kwai River, famously connected to the ‘Death Railway’ of World War II.

Day 6 Bangkok - Phuket
Board a short domestic flight to Phuket, the largest and most popular island, nestled in the southwestern coast of Thailand in the Andaman Sea, this exotic destination boasts stunning landscapes of sandy white beaches and endless turquoise waters. The island’s coastlines, filled with lush foliage, offer a variety of water sports, restaurants and bars to suit any traveler’s tastes. After arrival, we will be transferred to the hotel for checking in. The afternoon city tour includes the most famous lookout point on the island – Promthep Cape and the old Sino-Portuguese Shophouses of Phuket around Thalang road, the beautiful architecture along these roads will take you back to the charm of a century ago. Additionally, you will not be disappointed as stops at a local gemstone and cashew nut factories are also on the agenda.

Day 7 Phuket
Today is yours to just relax, rejuvenate, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Full day at the leisure to explore Phuket on your own. There is plenty to do and much to see in Phuket, including the Aquarium, Butterfly and Orchid Gardens, and the Thai Village. In the older area of the town, discover the 19th-century buildings with their distinctive Sino-Portuguese architectural style. Be sure to stop at the buzzing market where villagers shop for their daily meals or watch the stoic monks on their daily alms rounds.

Day 8 Phuket 
Spend the day to explore on your own or join our optional tour with a full-day excursion to the beautiful scenery at Phi Phi Island with lunch.

Optional Program: Full Day Phi Phi Island with lunch by speedboat $95 per person. Depart from the pier by speedboat to Kho Phi Phi Island, sightseeing includes discovering the tropical landscape of Maya Bay, Loh Samah Bay, Pi Leh Cove, Viking Cave, Camel Rock, Monkey Beach, and Khai Island. Lunch at a local restaurant. Spend the rest of the day swimming, sunbathing or just relaxing at the beach before transferring back to the hotel.

Day 9 Phuket 
A free leisure day at the white sandy beach or join our Phang Nga Bay and James Bond Island optional tour.

Optional Program: Phang Nga Bay and James Bond Island with Lunch $85 per person. This optional tour to a "must-see" destination-Phang Nga Bay and James Bond Island with lunch. Phang Nga Bay is one of the most beautiful bays of Thailand, it is famous for its gravity-defying limestone formations. It is renowned for its stunning natural scenery, dramatic rock formations, and its two famous spots, “James Bond Island” and Koh Pannyi. We take a coach bus ride to Phang Nga province, visit the Buddha Cave Temple (Suwannakuha), also known as Monkey Temple. This temple in a cave house various Buddha statues, also millions of monkeys outside the cave. Enjoy fun playtime with the monkeys then we proceed to Kra Som Pier for taking a long-tailed boat to Ao Phang Nga National Park. After landing at Khao Phing Kan island, where gigantic cliff appears to be cloven in two; the halves supported by leaning against each other offers a sight of rare and exquisite beauty. Then the renowned James Bond Island, where a scene from the movie ’The Man with The Golden Gun’ was filmed here. Enjoy delicious Thai and seafood lunch on Panyi Island. Spend some time to explore the area and browse the local souvenir shops before returning back.

Day 10 Depart from Phuket, Thailand
Bid farewell to Thailand and board the return flight back to your hometown today.

Bangkok Landmark Tour with Boat Ride (minimum 4 participants)

Travel to the Grand Palace, the landmark that tops Bangkok’s must-see list. Head inside the 18th-century walled complex, and stroll around the gold-trimmed pavilions, terraces, shrines and courtyards as you learn how, when and why they were built. Cap your visit with a peek inside the palace’s magnificent Temple of the Emerald Buddha (Wat Phra Kaew), home to a 14th-century Buddha statue carved from jade. Next, ride a boat across the Chao Phraya, Bangkok’s River of Kings and visit the stunning Temple of Dawn (Wat Arun). Admire the Khmer-style, porcelain-mosaic covered spires of this riverfront temple as your guide reveals its religious significance and symbolism.

09:30 Depart from pier to Phi Phi Island by speedboat.
10:30 Arrive at Bamboo Island for swim and relax.
12:30 Enjoy a great lunch at a beachside restaurant on Phi Phi Don Island (Ton Sai Bay), and free time on the beach.
13:30 Move to Monkey Beach then sightseeing at Viking cave.
15:00 Depart to Loh Samah for hiking to Maya Bay where the movie “The Beach” was filmed. Relax on the white sand beach then enjoy with paddleboard inside Pileh Lagoon.
16:30 Back to Phuket.
