Groupon Voucher Terms

• Redemption occurs upon booking. Groupon voucher value is only valid for bookings made before the expiration date.
• Groupon voucher value is non-transferrable and non-refundable after redemption. Please do purchase Travel Insurance to protect your own benefits.
• Each traveler needs one voucher.
• Single Supplement Fee applies if there is only one traveler in the booking.
• Optional Tours, Travel Insurance, and China Visa Service are available at additional cost during the booking process.
• If you need to change to a new departure date, only the paid amount will transfer over to the new booking.
• Your voucher is only valid for the specific gateway and date you selected on Groupon.
• Follow the steps by filling in your passport information (please provide your passport info within one week if you do not have it now, by sending e-mails to info@intertrips.com along with your booking number).
• We will provide final documents (flight information, local contact number, hotel list etc.) in about one month before your departure date. If you have also purchased China Visa Service from us, our agent will contact you in about 2-3 months before your departure.
• All the reservations are subject to InterTrips’ standard terms and conditions.
