COVID-19 Travel Credit Policy
Travel credits issued as a result of COVID-19-related disruptions are valid through December 31, 2029.
-Credits may be transferred to new customers only. Transfer to existing customers or accounts is not permitted under any circumstance.
-InterTrips recommends utilizing credits at the earliest opportunity to ensure preferred availability.
Reservation Policy
All tavelers are required to provide their full legal name, exactly as it appears on the valid travel document or passport.
-Transportation carriers (e.g., airlines, cruise lines), hotels, and regulatory authorities require precise name matching for security and operational purposes.
-Post-confirmation name changes are generally not permitted and may result in reservation cancellation, rebooking penalties, or additional fare charges.
-InterTrips assumes no responsibility for costs or penalties resulting from name discrepancies or errors submitted at the time of booking.
Group Size Requirement
Group tour operations are contingent upon a minimum number of participants.
-Certain escorted tours require a minimum of 20 confirmed passengers.
-InterTrips reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours that do not meet minimum participation.
-Please confirm group size requirements with your assigned travel agent prior to booking.
Payment Terms
-A non-refundable deposit of USD $500 per traveler is required at the time of booking.
-Final payment is due no later than 60 calendar days before the tour’s scheduled departure.
-Failure to remit full payment by the deadline may result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of deposits already paid to suppliers or intermediaries.
-InterTrips reserves the right to assess a late payment fee of USD $50 per traveler, at its sole discretion.
-For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is due at the time of booking.
Special Conditions:
-Select tour programs may require an additional non-refundable deposit for airline reservations. This will be disclosed at the time of booking.
-Promotional package deals are final-sale transactions. These offers are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable under any condition.
Modification & Amendment Policy
The following post-booking modifications are permitted under specified conditions:
1. Optional Tours & Excursions (Southeast Asia):
-May be added or canceled no later than 14 days prior to departure.
-A 20% administrative cancellation fee applies to all paid optional services.
-Additional excursions may be purchased during the tour with an Intertrips-approved guide, where available.
2. Hotel or Room Upgrades:
-Non-refundable upgrades may be purchased, subject to availability, and must be paid in full at least 45 days before departure.
3. Visa Processing Services:
-Visa services provided through Intertrips must be paid in full 60 days prior to departure.
4. Itinerary Changes / Deviations:
-A non-refundable fee of USD $200 per guest will apply to any confirmed itinerary change or deviation made before tour documents or tickets are issued.
-No modifications are permitted after travel documents or tickets have been finalized and issued.
5. Name Corrections (Same Traveler Only):
-Permitted for minor spelling corrections only, at a fee of USD $100 per correction, per traveler.
-Name corrections are subject to any applicable airline penalties or fare adjustments.
-Transfers of reservations to different individuals are strictly prohibited.
Group Participation & Attendance Policy
All Intertrips tours are designed as group experiences offered at packaged rates. By booking, each guest agrees to:
-Participate fully in the scheduled group itinerary and shared arrangements throughout the tour duration.
-Unauthorized absences from any part of the scheduled itinerary, including transportation, accommodation, or activities, will be interpreted as voluntary forfeiture of the remainder of the travel package.
*In such cases:
-All unused portions of the tour are non-refundable.
-A group reinstatement fee of USD $400 per traveler will be applied if rejoining the tour is requested and permitted.
Liability Disclaimer
Intertrips, a brand of Elite Voyage, acts only as an agent for the various independent travel service providers. All travel arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party suppliers. Intertrips is not liable for any acts, omissions, or negligence on the part of such suppliers or for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss arising from such actions.
Cancellation Policy – Direct Online & Telephone Bookings
The following cancellation terms apply to regular-priced tour bookings made directly through the Intertrips website or by phone with an Intertrips travel specialist, where payment is made directly to Intertrips.
-All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Verbal cancellations over the phone will not be accepted. Written notice of cancellation must be sent via email, fax, or postal mail and acknowledged by Intertrips.
Standard Cancellation Fees
-Based on the number of days prior to the scheduled departure date that written notice is received:

*In addition to the above cancellation fees, travelers are responsible for any non-refundable payments made to third-party travel suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, cruise lines, rail providers, ground operators) prior to the date of cancellation.
*If a travel companion or roommate cancels, the remaining traveler is responsible for any resulting single supplement charges.
Note: Special promotions, sales, or discounted packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid in full at time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy – Special Sales or Third-Party Bookings
For tours purchased via third-party vendors (e.g., Groupon) or custom/private group arrangements at promotional or discounted rates:
-All voluntary cancellations are subject to the third-party vendor’s own terms, and Intertrips is not a party to such agreements.
-Any payment made directly to InterTrips for these special sale programs is non-refundable.
-If Intertrips cancels a scheduled tour, it reserves the right to either:
-Reschedule the tour to a future date, or
-Issue a full refund to the affected guest(s).
*All guest cancellations must be submitted in writing. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
As a courtesy, guests are encouraged to notify Intertrips of any unavoidable cancellations at least 48 hours prior to departure. Under these circumstances, InterTrips may issue a $50 future travel credit, valid for 12 months and applicable toward a regular-priced group tour.
Unused Services
No refunds or credits will be provided for unused tour services, including accommodations, meals, transportation, or excursions. Reinstatement of any unused or forfeited services may incur additional fees.
Tour Fare Inclusions & Exclusions
Included in Tour Fare
-Air Transportation:
Roundtrip International economy-class airfare from selected departure gateways as specified in your itinerary. InterTrips reserves the right to change the carrier or flight schedules at any time. Government taxes and fuel surcharges are included and subject to change.-Land-Only Packages:
If air transportation is not included, the guest is solely responsible for arranging their arrival and departure to match the itinerary. Airport transfers are not included unless explicitly stated.-Hotel Accommodations:
Based on twin-share double occupancy (two guests per room).Single travelers must pay a single supplement.
Triple rooms are limited and available by request only.
Hotel substitutions may occur without prior notice.
-Meals:
As listed in the itinerary. Meals may be provided by hotels, local restaurants, cruises, or air carriers.-Sightseeing & Admission Fees:
As specified in the itinerary. Final arrangements may be altered by the local tour escort due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, mechanical issues, government regulations).
Not Included in Tour Fare
-Passport/visa fees, travel insurance premiums.
-Gratuities (guides, drivers, porters, waiters).
-Baggage fees, phone/internet usage, personal expenses.
-Costs arising from schedule changes, missed connections, illness, or force majeure events (e.g., strikes, war, weather, government restrictions).
-Domestic airfare to/from the international gateway city unless specified.
Special Requests
Special requests for meals, room types, accessibility, etc., must be made at the time of booking. While every effort will be made to accommodate such requests, availability is not guaranteed. Airfare specials are pre-negotiated and may not allow for pre-boarding seat selection or special meals.

General Conditions
Tour Fares
All tour fares are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Intertrips reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour if the minimum required number of participants—generally 10 or 20 depending on the destination—is not met. In such instances, guests will be entitled to a full refund or may opt to apply the paid amount toward a rescheduled tour.
Price Guarantee
Tour prices are guaranteed once Intertrips receives full payment. However, should an air carrier make a last-minute schedule change that necessitates an additional hotel stay outside the planned itinerary, the associated cost will be the responsibility of the guest and invoiced separately.
Unused Tour Portions
No refunds, credits, or substitutions will be issued for any unused portion of the tour, including but not limited to transportation, accommodations, optional excursions, meals, or upgrades. Unused services are non-transferable and may not be applied to future bookings.
Baggage
Guests are solely responsible for any baggage fees, including excess baggage charges, imposed by airlines or transportation carriers. Intertrips does not guarantee complimentary checked baggage service, and policies may vary between carriers and are subject to change without notice. Guests are advised to confirm baggage policies directly with the respective transportation providers. Intertrips accepts no liability for baggage that is lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen during the tour.
Passports and Visas
All guests must possess a valid passport with at least six months' validity from the date of return and a minimum of two blank pages. Non-U.S. passport holders must consult the relevant embassy or consulate for specific entry requirements.
Guests are solely responsible for obtaining all required visas in a timely manner prior to departure. Visa services facilitated by Intertrips are available only after full payment has been received and are non-refundable. Intertrips is not responsible for the denial of visa issuance or entry into any country, even when guests possess valid documentation.
Deviation and Change Fees
Any deviation from the scheduled itinerary must be requested in advance and is subject to availability. A service charge of $200 per person, plus any applicable airline, hotel, or transfer fees, will apply. Once travel documents or tickets are issued, changes are not permitted.
Tour Participation and Conduct
Intertrips reserves the right to exclude any individual whose physical or mental condition or behavior may interfere with the safety, welfare, or enjoyment of other participants. Guests are expected to follow the instructions of the tour leader and comply with all local laws. Intertrips may remove any guest from the tour without refund if they are deemed unfit for continuation or if their behavior is inappropriate.
Shopping
Shopping stops may be included for cultural enrichment or convenience. Purchases are voluntary. Intertrips assumes no responsibility for merchandise or services purchased during the tour. Disputes must be resolved directly with the merchant. Guests should review U.S. Customs regulations at https://www.cbp.gov/travel.
Single Supplement
Tour pricing is based on double occupancy. A single supplement will apply for solo travelers. If a roommate cancels, the remaining guest will be liable for the applicable single supplement fee.
Young Travelers
Travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. For children traveling with one parent or another adult, a notarized consent letter is recommended. Additional requirements may be imposed by airlines and foreign authorities.
Health Requirements
Guests should be in good health and capable of participating in moderate physical activities. Any condition requiring special medical attention or accommodations must be disclosed at the time of booking. Intertrips will attempt reasonable accommodation but cannot guarantee the provision of special services or equipment. Guests with mobility or other health-related needs must travel with a capable companion.
Rejoining the Tour
Should a guest voluntarily withdraw from the tour, no refund will be provided for the unused portion. Rejoining the tour will be subject to availability and a rejoining fee of $400 per occurrence.
Indemnification
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless InterTrips from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from their actions or those of minors or companions for whom they are responsible.
Claims and Mediation
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation under the Commercial Mediation Procedures of the American Arbitration Association before pursuing arbitration or litigation.
Privacy Policy
Intertrips will not disclose personal or travel-related information to third parties, except to authorized travel partners, airlines, hotels, ground operators, and other relevant service providers necessary for tour fulfillment.
Errors and Omissions
Intertrips is not responsible for typographical errors, omissions, or unintentional inaccuracies in its published or digital materials. Guests are responsible for reviewing the Terms and Conditions prior to booking.
Limitation of Liability
Intertrips acts solely as a tour operator and is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers. Guests agree to seek redress directly from such suppliers in the event of service failure. Intertrips shall not be liable for losses arising from delays, schedule changes, overbookings, natural disasters, strikes, acts of war or terrorism, governmental restrictions, epidemics, or other events beyond its control.
Tour Adjustments and Cancellations
Intertrips reserves the right to substitute accommodations, alter itineraries, or cancel any tour. In such cases, InterTrips' liability is limited to a full refund of payments received.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the County of Los Angeles, California.
Final Agreement
The issuance of travel documents constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. No alterations may be made except in writing and signed by an authorized officer of Intertrips.

Travelers’ personal information is important to Intertrips, therefore, the graphical information of Intertrips Travelers in the section of “Happy Travelers” & “Video Header” are SOLELY for display purpose on Intertrips official website. Please reads the confidentiality rule below carefully with your heart; Intertrips WILL NOT take any forms of responsibilities including the legal and lawful responsibility, if you were sued by Intertrips travelers or involved in any legal cases/issues either indirectly or directly to leaking/using Intertrips’s travelers’ photos that posted on our official website.
Intertrips’s future travelers MUST comply with the following rules to keep the confidentiality of Intertrips’s happy travelers when you were surfing Intertrips official website:
-“Non Commercial”: You may not use the material for commercial purposes .
-“No Derivatives”:If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you may not distribute the modified material.
-“No Additional Restrictions”:You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits.
Use of Photos and Videos for Marketing
Intertrips may use photos or videos taken by local tour guides or team members during your trip for marketing purposes. These may be shared on official websites and social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others, without prior notice.
Please note that Intertrips assumes no responsibility, including legal liability, for the use of such images or footage. If you do not wish to appear in any promotional content, kindly inform your tour guide in advance or contact Intertrips directly to request removal.
