Flexibility matters
Flexible Change Policy: 
We understand that the ever-changing travel restrictions may make you unsure about your trip, so we've got this covered. All new reservations are eligible for one (1) free change 45 days before the departure date.
If the rebooked package is priced higher than the original booking, travelers will be responsible for the difference in cost.
Travelers may elect to convert their deposit and subsequent payments prior to final payment into a Future Travel Credit, valid for travel through the end of 2023. 

Note:
Our tour package already included the cost of the standard Bike rental with a helmet for the 3-Day 2-Night Rainbow Cycling event. If you would like to upgrade to  rent an eBike with a helmet, please be noted there will be a $120 supplement fee.

Additional Information:
Land only price does not include arrival/departure transfers. Full-Package Prices include airfare, fuel surcharges, airport taxes and fees. All prices are per person based on double occupancy. Full-Package (Air and land) tour prices apply from the gateway airport or city specified in the Package Highlights. Prices will vary from alternative gateway airports or cities and may be higher. The total price will be clearly displayed prior to any deposit being required. Additional baggage charges may apply.

Entry Requirements:
Passengers traveling abroad require a passport valid for six months beyond their travel dates. All travelers are responsible to check if a visa is required for all countries on their itinerary. For visa information, check our Visas page.

Day 1 USA- Depart to Taiwan(10/19)
Today, you will embark on your journey to Taiwan from your departure city!

Day 2 Arrival- Taipei, Taiwan(10/20)
Welcome to Taipei, the capital of Taiwan whose allure lies in its blend of Chinese culture with a curious fusion of Japanese, Southeast Asian and American influences. You are greeted at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport, where you will transfer with driver to hotel. The rest of day is free at your leisure for jet lag recovery or exploring your new destination.

Day 3 Taipei-Yilan(10/21)
Today we’ll start the  ASIA Rainbow Ride meeting in front of the Red House in Taipei in the morning for the activity Opening Ceremonies. A bus will transport our suitcases to Yilan. We will then ride our bikes from Red House to Yilan for the first night and stay at hotel in Jiaoxi. There will be hot springs at the hotel. We’ll have a film screening of China PK Queen  with a Q&A with the filmmaker that evening after dinner.

Day 4 Yilan-Fulong(10/22)
After breakfast, we will ride our bikes from Yilan to Fulong and stay at the Fullon Hotel. We’ll have a yoga/stretching session before dinner with the founder of Ocean Sound Yoga Festival.

Day 5 Fulong- Taipei(10/23)
Today we will have a morning chi gong/meditation on the beach after breakfast. Then We will bike from Fulong back to the Ximen for a Closing Celebration party at Mudan Bar with a fabulous Drag Show of Taiwan’s best talent.  Then will have a good rest in the hotel in Taipei.

Day 6 Taipei(10/24)
After breakfast, take some time to rest on the bus and make our way to National Palace Museum, one of the largest museums in the world, with extraordinary collection of historic art treasures, fascinating for its depth and breadth, has miraculously escaped destruction over hundreds of years. Some pieces date back to the tenth century. Later you will make stops at the The Grand Hotel Taipei (building and scenery of Taipei City),  Dadaocheng Dihua Old Street, relax with a Foot Massage experience (60 minutes), and stop to eat at Tainan Tan Tsu Mien Seafood Restaurant (Luxury) or Shilin Night Market (Deluxe).

Day 7 Taipei(10/25)
After breakfast, all day free at leisure. You can join the Pride Parade (own arrangement), or explore the city and embrace Taiwan's culture and heritage. In the evening, the tour guide could accompany you to visit  some night club to celebrate this joyous event (Own expense).

Day 8 Taipei(10/26)
After breakfast, free at leisure in the morning, and then your adventure continues with  lunch at Ding Tai Feng Restaurant – 101 Branch (Luxury) or lunch on your own (Deluxe), with visits to Taipei 101 Observatory (incl. observatory ticket), Taipei Yong Kang Street, Chiang Kai-shek Memorial, the first ecological garden of Taipei City, and was previously the home of renowned former president, Chiang Kai-Shek, a Chinese and Western-style garden, Long Shan Temple, Wanhua Herb Alley, Ximending Red House / bar (Own expense).

Day 9 Taipei(10/27)
After breakfast, all day free at leisure, or feel free to join our optional tours!
 
Optional Program: Taipei–Yehliu–Shifen–Taipei(Duration: 8 hours)
After breakfast, we will visit Yehliu Geopark, Shifen Waterfall, Shifen Old Street,  and we will also have a Flying Lantern Experience

Day 10  Taipei(10/28)
After breakfast, all day free at leisure to explore Taipei or lost in Taipei with your own pace. Or feel free to join our optional Program!

Optional Program: Half Day Cooking Class (incl. Traditional Market Visit) (Duration: 4 hours)
Schedule:
- 9:30 am: Pick up from hotel and transfer to cooking class venue
- 10:10 am: Local market/supermarket tour with food tasting
- 11:15 am: Arrive at our cooking studio
- 11:20 am: Tea break & Introduction
- 11:30 am: Cooking session 1
- 12:40 pm: Chat with Wayne over meal
-1:10 pm: Dessert & tea/coffee session
- 1:30 pm: End of the cooking class

Day 11  Taipei-2022 LGBT Pride Parade(10/29)
After breakfast, Join the 2022 Annual LGBT Pride Parade held in Taipei which under the theme of celebrating sexual diversity. The parade is aimed at  encouraging people to embrace their sexual identity and will also highlight the future expectations of the LGBT community in Taiwan and celebrate the progress of LGBT rights.

After the parade, the rest of day will be free to enjoy yourself.

Day12 Departure Taipei to USA(10/30)
Enjoy leisure breakfast at hotel, meet tour representative and transfer to Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport. Bid the farewell to Taiwan, and do any last-minute sightseeing or shopping!
