Let us begin and see what we will explore today and what this gorgeous state can offer! First, we will explore the South and East Rim of the Grand Canyon! Following that, we will take a helicopter ride across the Grand Canyon.
Grand Canyon National Park, located in northwestern Arizona, is the 15th site in the United States to have been named as a national park. The park's central feature is the Grand Canyon, a gorge of the Colorado River, which is often considered one of the Wonders of the World. The park, which covers 1,217,262 acres of unincorporated area in Coconino and Mohave counties, has received more than six million recreational visitors in 2017, which is the second highest count of visits in all American national parks after the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The Grand Canyon was designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1979.
The Grand Canyon South Rim is located in the middle of the Grand Canyon. The terrain is steep and magnificent. The canyon is bottomless and the largest in terms of scale. The construction of the park is well done and perfect, especially suitable for self-driving on the road. There are no commercial facilities. Almost all viewpoints are kept as original as possible. You can also watch 3D movies in the sweet air! Following, we will take an adventure over to the Seven Magic Mountains. Finally, we will drive to Outlets at Barstow to enjoy some free-time shopping.
Seven Magic Mountains-Across the desert south of Las Vegas, Nevada, rises a large, colorful anomaly. Seven colossal stone forms defy gravity with their teetering formations. Mediating between geological formations and abstract compositions, Rondinone’s Seven Magic Mountains consists of locally sourced limestone boulders stacked vertically in groups ranging between three and six. Each stone boasts a different fluorescent color, and each individual totem stands between thirty and thirty-five feet high. The artwork extends Rondinone’s long-running interest in natural phenomena and their reformulation in art.
Barstow Outlet is located in the desert, on the only way from Las Vegas to Los Angeles. There are not many first-tier luxury brands in this Outlets, but mostly second tier brands, especially local brands within the States. The collections are relatively complete and concentrated, and the service is also quite good, making it a comfortable shopping experience to close out the day.
