We understand that the ever-changing travel restrictions may make you unsure about your trip, so we've got this covered. All new reservations are eligible for one (1) free change 45 days before the departure date.
If the rebooked package is priced higher than the original booking, travelers will be responsible for the difference in cost.
Travelers may elect to convert their deposit and subsequent payments prior to final payment into a Future Travel Credit, valid for travel through the end of 2023.

Is This Trip Right for You?

This is an active trip. Our tour group covers a lot of ground each day, and we spend two to three hours on our feet during tours. The pace is fast. We have many early mornings and long bus rides necessary to cover the territory. Some of our tours require walking over uneven surfaces or up and down steep slopes or steps. This tour is not recommended for people who have difficulty walking. This is a Group Tour program. For more information, please consult with our travel advisors.

Day 1 Genoa (Portofino), Italy
Departs at 18:00

Set foot in Cádiz and feel as though you have been transported back in time to one of the oldest settlements in Spain. With historical cathedrals designed in High Baroque style and astounding coastal views, this ancient port city exudes a tremendous atmosphere full of mystique and wonder.

• Stroll through the old town, built on a peninsula-island, with grand, open squares, sailors’ alleyways, and high, turreted houses

Day 7 Lisbon (Cascais), Portugal
Embark on a scenic journey to Lisbon and discover one of Europe’s most handsome cities. Brimming with impressive architecture, historical charm, bustling streets, and fragrant cafés, this attractive city is filled with cultural experiences that transform into unforgettable memories.

• Traverse the Bairro Alto (upper town) to sample the flavorful bars and restaurants and partake in the vibrant nightlife
 
• Wander through the tall, imposing buildings that make up the Baixa (lower town) and experience some of Lisbon’s most interesting shops and cafés
 
• Stroll down a narrow walkway to view the monumental Torre de Belém, an iconic symbol of Lisbon.

After disembark the cruise, you will be picked up and keep exploring Lisbon by visiting Padrão dos Descobrimentos. The Portuguese Navigation Monument was built in 1960 and stands on the square by the sea. It is so impressive that it has become a symbol of Portugal. Looking from a distance, the solid base of the monument looks like a white stone sailboat riding the wind and waves on the sea, which is very imaginative. Later proceed to visit the jerónimos monastery, another UNESCO site known for its stunning architecture and historical significance. Last but not least, go to Avenida da Liberdade, known as Portugal's "Champs Elysées". It is a commercial street in the center of Lisbon. It is lined with high-end luxury hotels, restaurants and clothing stores. It gathers many luxury stores and strolls along Liberdade Avenue. , experience the fun of walking slowly in an exotic business district.

Day 8 Lisbon-Cascais-Sintra-Evora
Depart Lisbon in the morning and make the most of your day. Make a short stop by car in Cascais, a charming coastal town famous for its beaches and historic center. Stroll along the promenade and visit the landmark Cascais Castle. Afterwards, head to Sintra to visit the Pena Palace: this colorful and eclectic palace sits on a hilltop with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Its architecture combines Romantic, Gothic, Moorish and Renaissance styles, making it a truly unique landscape. Next, visit the Regaleira Estate: a mysterious estate filled with lush gardens, underground tunnels and mysterious symbols. You can explore palaces, churches, and various buildings scattered throughout. Then arrive at the hotel in Evora and check in.

Day 9: Evora-Seville-Cordoba
After breakfast visit the Roman Temple of Évora (Temple of Diana): Begin your journey with this beautifully preserved Roman temple, one of the city's most iconic landmarks. Marvel at its Corinthian columns and imagine the ancient city that once surrounded it. Next, visit the Cathedral of Évora: Head to the cathedral, a fine example of Gothic architecture. Explore its interior, including the cloisters and the Museum of Sacred Art, which houses religious artifacts and artworks. Then drive to Seville and begin your tour of Seville Cathedral(appearance), one of the largest Gothic cathedrals in the world. Then visit Royal Alcázar of Seville: a stunning Moorish palace known for its intricate architecture, lush gardens, and historical significance. Finally drive to the hotel in Cordoba to check in.

Day 10: Cordoba-Toledo-Madrid
Start your day early in Córdoba. Visit the stunning Mezquita-Catedral(appearance) and explore the charming streets of the historic centre. Depart from Córdoba to Toledo. Upon arrival, visit the Alcázar de Toledo and Santa Iglesia Catedral Primada de Toledo. Then proceed to your hotel in Madrid to check in.

Day 11: Madrid-Train-Barcelona
After breakfast visit the Royal Palace of Madrid. It is no longer the residence of the royal family, but it is still the main place where the king receives state guests. The building of the Royal Palace combines the traditional Spanish royal architectural style and the Baroque architectural style. It is square in shape, 180 meters long on each side, and is made of white granite.Then visit the Puerta del Sol, which is the seat of the Madrid regional government and one of the busiest business districts in Madrid. In the middle of the Puerta del Sol is the "Kilometer Zero Landmark", which is the very center of the Iberian Peninsula. Then take a train to Barcelona and head to Paseo de Gracia.arrived Barcelona, visit the Sagrada Família, a masterpiece of the talented artist Gaudí. It is not only included in the United Nations World Cultural Heritage, but is also a holy place in the minds of many tourists. Afterwards, visit Parc Güell. Park Güell is a model of garden design among Gaudí’s many works. A stroll through the park is a great way to immerse yourself in realism, with panoramic views of the city visible from the heights of the park.

After that, go to the hotel to check in.
